京焼の名家・当代(二代)昭阿弥が手掛けた貴重な盆器シリーズ。普段は茶道具などの制作を営む昭阿弥。陶芸家として高い評価を得る作家が盆器を制作することは大変珍しいことです。本業の傍ら、特別発注のみ盆器を制作するため、発注からかなり時間を要することもある貴重な作品です。
鉢型は香炉型であの真葛香山の麒麟の型を再現した高貴なデザインです。図案は「鳳凰図」。色鮮やかそしてユーモラスな絵付は古典的な図案ながらモダンな仕上がりとなっています。昭阿弥直筆の共箱付き。落款：昭阿弥

This is a series of Kyoyaki family pots. Here are the works from the Shoami kiln which specializes in tea ceremony tools. It is pretty rare for a kiln famous in other works to make bonsai pots. These are rare works with the essence of Kyoyaki on bonsai pots: Sometsuke, Shonzui, Iroe, Chochin. All masterpieces made by Shoami feature their stamp and a box set.

作家プロフィール
陶名：昭阿弥（しょうあみ）
昭阿弥窯は二代続く京焼の名家。主に磁器による抹茶、煎茶道具、食器、香道道具などを作陶。染付、祥瑞、色絵、交趾といった豊かな色彩感と京焼の伝統を踏まえた作品は高い評価を得ている。
初代昭阿弥（本名：高野網一）1905年～1993年。柴田如阿弥に師事し、昭和5年頃に京都の蛇ヶ谷に独立開窯。登り窯にて茶道具を手掛ける。盆器は数寄者からの注文に応じて作られたが、その数はごく少ない。
二代昭阿弥（本名：高野進二郎）は初代を師とし、1993年に襲名。京焼の名家としてガス窯で茶道具、香道具を手掛ける。盆器は注文制作のみで、本業の合間につくるためその数は少ない。染付・色絵・交趾があり、絵は山水・唐児など多彩。丸物が多いが2006年頃から角物も手掛ける。

Profile: The Shoami kiln is a famous second generation Kyoyaki family. They mainly produce Macha and Sencha green tea tools, tableware, traditional incense tools and such. They specialize in rich color techniques such as Sometsuke; ceramics with blue patterns on white backgrounds, Iroe; color painted artwork and Cochinware and produce high quality pieces. The first generation of Shoami, real name: Takano, Koichi, 1905-1993 studied under Shibata, Nyoami. He started his own kiln in Hebigaya, Kyoto, making tea ceremony tools using an ascending kiln. Bonsai pots were only order made so few exist. The second generation of Shoami, real name: Takano, Shinjiro, studied with the first generation of Shoami and inherited his name in 1993. He now uses a gas kiln and still makes tea ceremony and incense tools. Bonsai pots still being only order made, few exist and are created between his other works. Variations of Sometsuke, Iroe and Cochinware exist with paintings such as mountains and Chinese children. He used to produce only square pots but since 2006 also produces round ones.
